My salon experience with my current stylus is relaxing and comfortable. The pros of going to a salon for me are the convenience and saving of time. The cons of previous salon experiences have been the unprofessional-ism of the salon staff and the nature of some of the conversations that are allowed to go on in salons especially if children are present.
ReplyDeleteI find it that in our community as African Americans we have this particular problem. I feel it is time for a change. Classes should be held for stylists to administer exceptional customer service.
